This Privacy Policy explains how Omega Enterprise, operating under the commercial name Omega Groups (“Omega”, “we”, “us” or “our”), processes personal data collected through omegagroupbd.com, our Facebook and Instagram instant forms, and related communications by email, telephone or WhatsApp.

We manufacture and export garments and leather goods for business customers.
When you submit one of our Facebook or Instagram instant forms, we receive the information you provide, including your name, company name, selected product category and the email address and/or telephone number requested in that form.
We also receive information identifying the submission and its advertising source, where supplied by Meta.
We record these enquiries in Google Sheets to enable our authorised team to manage and follow up on your request.
Fields marked as required are necessary to process your request. If you do not provide the required information, you may be unable to submit the form.

By submitting a Facebook or Instagram lead form, you ask us to contact you about your enquiry and agree that we may contact you using the details you provide — by email, telephone and WhatsApp — to respond, prepare a quotation and discuss your business requirements. Where the form includes a marketing-consent option and you select it, we will also send you updates about our products and services; you can withdraw that consent at any time (see sections 3 and 9).
These lead forms are operated through Meta Platforms. We handle the information we receive from them in accordance with Meta’s Lead Ads Terms and applicable data-protection law, and we use it only for the purposes described in this policy. We do not sell this information, share it for others’ own marketing, or use it for unrelated purposes.
Submitting an enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to promotional emails or other ongoing marketing communications. We will obtain separate consent before sending marketing updates on that basis. You may withdraw that consent at any time by contacting info@omegagroupbd.com or using the unsubscribe option provided.
